I made it to Wordpress – welcome to my new blog website!
I am so excited to be taking my business beyond the “traditional” Virtual Assistant (VA) offerings. Oh yes - I will still provide the services I did this past year, but I am expanding my techno-horizons!
My vision is clear, it’s full steam ahead, and Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! - BUT, before I carry on with my day, I must put in a shout out to the ladies at Hot Skills VA Training – Tina Forsyth and Cindy Greenway. You guys are really helped me define the services I focus on and goals I have for my business - thank you! I knew there was something more I could do for my client’s and this is it! Bev Pederson, bless your heart for bringing in these two girls in to present at our Virtual Assistant Certificate Program practicum class at Red Deer College.
No, of course The Virtual Inch’s new blog website is not up to snuff the way I like it - but that’s okay, it is what it is right now and it will evolve into the aesthetically pleasing, content-filled, excellence over perfection, information-packed piece of virtual real estate.
To my clients – I am so pleased to have your support! You know who you are and thank you - your trust has allowed me the freedom to experiment in order to grow my own business. You know if I can find a better, more streamlined, and efficient way to move the mountain for you in order for you to realize your own dreams, I will!
To my fellow VAs - Michelle Jamison, Pam Ivey, Barb Lang, Erin Blaskie – you guys know who you are! This past May at FoVA (1st Annual Forum on Virtual Assistance) in Toronto, I had the pleasure of meeting you! Each of you brings to the industry a special something and you inspire me!
My goals for this blog are that it becomes a dynamic, positive place for sharing and learning – opinions, ideas, new technologies! In time, I will create categories relevant to my colleagues and industries The Virtual Inch caters to, namely speakers and coaches. I will definitely post news and items of interest related to The Virtual Inch, but for today, there is nothing techno-savvy about my first blog entry – I am gushing, but today’s blog is for gushing, and simply for counting my blessings and welcoming you!

Thanks Christy, I imagine she was a bit surprised because I re-did the whole thing this past weekend so it is currently a bit topsy-turvy and lacking in substance at the moment. With that all said, I’m pleased you like it
