Privacy – The Virtual Inch treats all client communication, information and business details as strictly confidential. The Virtual Inch will never trade, sell, give away, or intentionally disclose client information.

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers such as business challenges

What we do with the information we gather

Refund Policy – If you make a deposit payment and then cancel the project before The Virtual Inch begins working on your project then The Virtual Inch will refund your deposit via check within 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started or is in progress. Cancellation must be made in writing and submitted to The Virtual Inch.


Security – We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Direct Pay, the payment processing (merchant account) service we use to serve as our merchant service provider (for our ecommerce needs), provides the secure server that supports SSL encryption to collect customer information and credit card #’s. PSiGate (payment gateway), is how we can accept, validate and process your credit card (the bridge to the bank).

All credit cards accepted (VISA & MasterCard) are processed in real-time with advanced fraud protections bundled with several fraud-shield modules. This credit card processor is compatible with almost all shopping carts and can be used for processing Canadian and US merchant accounts. We also accept payment via Paypal.
